Supplier Demonstrator\n\nTemporary / Contract (Until end of year - pilot programme)\n\n£15-£16 phr\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are recruiting Supplier Demonstrators to support an exciting in-store promotion with a large retailer, promoting a range of boilers and air conditioning systems.\n\nYou will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and supporting sales within a retail environment. This role is key to driving awareness, confidence, and conversion for these product ranges.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEngage with customers in-store to promote boilers and air conditioning products\nDemonstrate product features and benefits clearly and confidently\nSupport customers with queries, including basic energy-related questions (full training provided)\nEncourage and influence purchasing decisions through positive interactions\nWork closely with the store colleagues to drive sales\nMaintain a professional and knowledgeable presence at all times\nEnsure promotional areas are well presented and stocked with materials\nProvide feedback and reporting on customer engagement and sales activityWorking Pattern\n\n6 days per week\nCore days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday\nPlus 1 additional day per week (as agreed)\nRetail hours (including weekends)What We're Looking For\n\nEssential Skills & Experience\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nConfident approaching and speaking to customers\nTarget-driven with a proactive attitude\nReliable, punctual, and professional\nAbility to work independently in a retail environmentDesirable Experience\n\nPrevious retail, sales, or demonstrator experience\nExperience promoting technical or home products\nExperience working towards sales or engagement targetsTraining & Support\n\nFull product training (boilers and air conditioning units)\nEnergy awareness training\nOngoing support from the campaign management team \n\nAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
