An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Scheduler to join a friendly team based in Milton Keynes. You'll be part of a collaborative group responsible for coordinating the schedules of field-based service & installation technicians.\n\nWorking Hours:\n\n37.5 hours per week\nMonday to Friday: 08:30 - 17:00\nWeekend cover on a rota basis\nHybrid working available (3 days in office, 2 days from home) after probation which is 3 monthsKey Responsibilities:\n\nAllocate reactive and installation work to meet service level agreements\nPlan installation\nCollaborate with Regional Operations Managers to achieve a First Time Fix\nEnsure follow-up work is reviewed and updated promptly\nCoordinate return visits within 48 hours\nLiaise with internal service support teams to ensure smooth operations\nProvide accurate ETAs and updates to internal teams and customers\nManage and monitor aged calls to ensure timely resolutionEssential Skills & Experience:\n\nMinimum of 2 year's experience in a planning or scheduling role\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent UK geographical knowledge\nHighly organised with the ability to self-manage\nFamiliarity with SAP\nMethodical and detail-oriented\nAble to prioritise and work under pressure\nStrong multitasking abilities\nTeam player with a professional telephone manner\nSelf-motivated and proactivePlease note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
